Our Training Philosophy


We have the belief that people have more success with their program when they are having fun, learning about what they are doing, and why they are doing it! There is a holistic approach to our training sessions that include education, posture and core training, strength training and cardio presented in a fun and friendly training environment. 





Here at TEAM Personal Training, we believe that the client should have a part in their program. That is why we share with our clients the program plans we create on a regular basis. We believe in measurable goals assessed through our fitness assessment, pictures, as well as the way in which our clients feel as they become leaner, stronger and more independent. Even though you may be working with either Jackie or Matt, we are a team and will work together to help you reach your goals.

T - Trust
We feel that trust is a core component of a trainer / client relationship.  We want our clients to establish an open relationship with us.

E - Education
We take education very seriously at TEAM.  All trainers maintain their certifications through continuing education at seminars and workshops all over the US.  In addition we feel that personal training success also includes educating our clients so they can live the experience not just have some trainer tell them what to do. 

A - Alignment
We believe that proper technique and posture while exercising is key to building core strength.  We teach proper alignment of your body in and out of the gym.

M - Motivation
We strive to push our clients to their individual goals.  We understand that not everyone is the same or has the same goals.  Our plans and approach match you not a preconceived idea of fitness.

These four components will ultimately lead to faster results and long term success.
